The ambitious educational project of ESP around CSR

Com' for Change

At ESP, we believe that communication is a powerful vector for changing mindsets in the ecological transition, and that students, future professionals faced with these CSR issues, must be part of the solution.

Thus, in 2023, ESP launches the first edition of Com' for Change, an ambitious educational project mobilizing young communication talents in service of the ecological transition.

Initially launched at ESP Paris with 1200 students, Com' for Change has been extended to all the school campuses in Bordeaux, Lyon, Toulouse, Nantes, and Lille, mobilizing over 2500 students each year.

Com' for Change

It is our responsibility to put the fields of communication and digital technology at the service of ecological and social transformation.

    A project supported by major agencies and companies

    Com' for Change

    Since the first edition, the project has benefited from the support of two key partners: Hopscotch and Saatchi & Saatchi France, two pioneering communication agencies that are highly committed to CSR. Representatives of the advertising sector at the Climate Business Convention, they contribute to transforming and holding it accountable to foster new practices.

    In addition to recommending advertisers with briefs related to climate and CSR, they contribute to the programming of masterclasses led each year by experts such as Yannick Servant (Climate Business Convention), Yasmina Auburtin (Imagine 2050) or Valérie Martin (ADEME).

    Since the launch of the project in 2023, many committed organizations have participated in the project and proposed CSR issues to our students. Radio spots, influencers, social media, billboards, TV spots, virtual reality… students are thinking about 360° communication recommendations for these committed organizations.

    The awards ceremony

    Com' for Change

    Every year, a grand awards ceremony is organized. For each brief/category, the video cases of the finalist agencies are broadcast, and then the winning group is invited to collect their trophy on stage.

    During the first two editions, the ceremony took place at the iconic Grand Rex in Paris. In 2025, students received their awards on June 19, at La Cigale, in Paris.

    It is a jury, composed of the advertisers themselves and our partners, who deliberates to elect the grand winners and present them with trophies to reward them for their two weeks of intense work.
