The ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) assigns credits to each course in a study program. It allows for the measurement and comparison of pathways in higher education, particularly based on workload, assessment methods, and educational objectives.
At ESP, ECTS enhances the clarity of our programs both in France and internationally. It is also a key reference for student mobility and the academic recognition of semesters completed abroad.

Before your departure, you can assess your language level and progress for free through EU Academy, the European Commission's platform (Erasmus+). It provides access to online courses and the Online Language Support tool. To take a test, create an account on the platform, then go to 'Learn Languages' or search for 'placement test' (available in 24 languages). You can retake it at any time to track your progress.
