Managing the reputation and engagement of organizations

In 2 years, in alternating format

At a time when a notification can shake an organization, the reputation has become a strategic asset. This certified training over 2 years, in alternating format, trains specialists capable of structuring, protecting, and transforming the image of companies, institutions, and NGOs.

You will learn to manage corporate communication strategies, to integrate CSR / ESG issues into the brand narrative, to anticipate crisis situations, and to build responsible imaginaries capable of sustainably engaging stakeholders.

The pedagogy through action anchors these skills in reality, through demanding projects simulating contexts of media, strategic, and decision-making pressure.

  • Diagnosing a crisis and activating a real-time response plan

    crisis cell, monitoring (social listening), key messages, channels, spokespersons, protocols…

  • Driving internal communication to align employees with CSR commitments

    HR editorial, change management, internal ambassadors, engagement measurement

  • Activating public relations & influence to shape opinion

    media relations, e-PR, opinion leaders, creators/KOL, public affairs, speeches and corporate brand content

A true marker of project-based pedagogy, competitions allow students to confront real briefs proposed by partner companies. In teams, they design recommendations worthy of communication agencies and present them to the client.

Seminar on Sponsorship, Sponsoring, and Partnerships

Create alliances that make a difference. Over the course of a week, you will design sponsorship, patronage, and partnership initiatives that can enhance brand image and generate lasting impact.

Corporate and Institutional Event Seminar

Deliver the right messages at the right time. In one week, you will design corporate events aligned with the strategy, vision, and reputation of organizations.

NGO and Association Communication Project

Give a voice to the causes that matter. For a week, you will imagine strategies capable of mobilizing, raising awareness, and creating real impact.

Crisis Management and Sensitive Communication Project

When everything accelerates, every word counts. During an immersive week, you will learn to manage sensitive situations, protect reputation, and build quick and strategic communication.
