Designing and managing event projects and influence campaigns

2 years in alternating study

In the era of the creator economy, social networks shape trends and purchasing decisions. The Master's in Influence Marketing & Event Management at ESP (over 2 years) trains experts capable of imagining, managing, and measuring ambitious influence strategies, orchestrating event experiences (IRL & digital), collaborating with creators/KOLs, and developing sustainable communities around brands. The program covers the entire cycle: insights & monitoring, co-creation of content, multichannel activation, brand safety & compliance, public relations, and performance measurement (reach, engagement, earned media, ROI).

Beyond the courses, action-based pedagogy anchors these skills in reality: several flagship projects punctuate the Master's program, including the production of a hybrid virtual event and a seminar on "Responsible Influence" to test your strategies in operational, measurable, and ethical conditions.

This Master's program gives you the keys to:

  • Define an influence strategy

    aligned with brand positioning (SMART objectives, audiences/personas, messages, social media channels), with an editorial calendar and budget

  • Identify and select relevant creators/KOLs

    (affinity, brand fit, brand safety, engagement rate, qualified reach) through benchmarks and influencer marketing tools

  • Design UGC campaigns and event activations

    (pop-up, launch, live streaming), native to platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch)

  • Negotiate, contract, and manage collaborations

    (brief, copyright and image rights, broadcasting, schedule, creative guidelines), on the agency and advertiser side.

  • Measure performance

    (KPIs, Earned Media Value/EMV, uplift, attribution) and continuously optimize via dashboards (GA4, social analytics)

  • Manage media and influencer relations

    (public relations/PR, e-PR, press kit, media training for spokespersons, crisis management, and e-reputation monitoring)

  • Ensure content compliance

    ARPP, transparency #ad, legal mentions, intellectual property, personal data, and GDPR consent

Becoming influential also means being responsible. You explore the best practices of ethical influence: transparency (#ad), brand safety, compliance (ARPP, GDPR), inclusion, and combating greenwashing. You define impact KPIs (engagement, EMV) and build sustainable and credible influence campaigns.

Product Launch Strategy Project

In one week, imagine a launch that creates an event. Positioning, activation, influence… you design a strategy capable of capturing attention and generating impact.

Crisis Management and Sensitive Communication Project

For one week, you learn to manage sensitive situations where every word counts, and to build strategic, controlled, and responsive communication.

Event Scenography Workshop

In one week, bring an experience to life. Journey, atmosphere, staging… you imagine immersive setups that transform an event into a brand experience.

Production of a Virtual Event

In the age of streaming, you design a hybrid event 'on-site & online': scenography, live broadcasting, social media activation, and engagement mechanics (UGC, AR, social commerce). You work on audience experience and KPI measurement (reach, engagement, conversion) to create a brand experience that is both memorable and effective.
