The Junior Digital Campaign Manager will work closely with a Digital Campaign Manager supporting the management of Epsilon Full Service Clients Campaign deployments. This position is responsible for ensuring that program deliverables and objectives are executed on-time, accurately, with the highest quality.
You will receive mentorship, guidance and will work closely with the on-shore, off-shore and client services teams,
gaining invaluable skills and knowledge.
Key job tasks:
– Support client accounts from a campaign production standpoint
– Oversee campaign set-up, testing, deployment, and QA
– Ensure overall Client satisfaction through timely and accurate campaign deployment
– Participate in the quality assurance process to ensure final product meets Client’s expectations
– Maintain Campaign process documentation
– Attend account meetings (internal and external) as required
– Provide back-up production support during Vendor outage, including campaign build, execution and QA
– Working knowledge of Client’s business, goals/objectives, campaigns and how they use Multi Channel
Marketing products
– Track non-deployment activity and providing a monthly report to Epsilon Team Lead
– Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to develop new procedures
– Update/create and share knowledge based articles and Client case studies as necessary
– Actively participate in team training programs
